  • Senior Engineer - ETC

    Maintain material stock levels on Production. Take receipt of deliveries and dispatch parts. Book parts in/out via the material handling system. Offsite collections/deliveries as required.

  • Instrumentation Technician

    Prepare vehicles for crash tests. Set up data acquisition systems and record electronic data during test. Remove sensors post-test, prior to the vehicle being returned to the customer.

  • Senior Engineer - Special Projects

    A vacancy for a Senior Engineer has arisen in our Special Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sub-elements of large projects, working under instruction of technical lead engineer, and assume lead engineer responsibilities for medium and small projects.

  • Technician - Conversions

    Responsible for stripping and rebuilding Light Commercial Vehicles trim and enclosures, without damage.

  • Events Manager

    Working on a variety of events with our clients primarily at the Millbrook venue and as required at other locations. The role will comprise not only of planning and executing events, but also dealing with inbound enquiries and working with potential and existing client to maximise occupancy of the venues, revenue and ultimately the profitability of the business unit.

  • Engineer - Emissions and Fuel Economy

    Project managing customer programs for engine and vehicle tests on gasoline, diesel, alternative fuelled and hybrid Powertrain systems. Converting customer requests into work instructions for technicians to follow. Validating, analysing and reporting Data. Providing technical support to customers and technicians working on own and other test programmes.

  • Senior Commerical Property Manager

    In September 2014 Millbrook was awarded planning consent for a Technology Park consisting of 24,900sqm of office, research and development space, this will complement the existing Technology Park. The Technology Park will build upon existing expertise in automotive test and development and encourage increased partnership opportunities with world class engineering, research and development companies who wish to be located at Millbrook.

  • Fabrication Technician

    Reporting to Fabrication lead technician / workshop supervision, the fabrication technician will be expected to be flexible and be multi skilled in various metalwork techniques. The role will involve supporting all departments throughout the Proving Ground with work ranging from operation of lathe and milling machine, to welding fabricating various items using Mig and Tig welding plants.

  • Engine Test Technician

    Ensure that engines have been installed and tested to the highest standard and to the required protocols.

  • Portable Emissions Measurement (PEMS) Technician

    This role will be responsible for all aspects of portable emissions and fuel consumption testing from vehicle preparation, equipment installation, testing, formulating and validating test results. Maintaining and calibrating all PEMS related test equipment.

  • Technician - Special Projects

    Modification of production vehicles to meet special or additional requirements. Including chassis development and bespoke installations of electronic systems to the vehicle interior. A vehicle technician / fitter are required to modify and fit, new and existing systems and components to production vehicles, including workshop fabrication and machining work.

  • Technician- Mechanical & Photographic

    Mechanically preparing vehicle’s for crash testing. Setting up the high speed cameras off and on board the test vehicles. Taking pre/post-test crash vehicle stills.
