Camera Policy

Millbrook has a long standing policy regarding the use of cameras and other image capturing devices (including mobile phones with this capability) for photography onsite. Photography is forbidden without prior management agreement and subject to the appropriate controls i.e. under controlled safe conditions with a Millbrook Photographic Minder.

All Millbrook visitors wishing to use photographic equipment should inform the Millbrook site contact prior to each visit in order that authorisation for use can be obtained.

Upon arrival all visitors to the site shall inform the Security teams if they have a camera phone / image capturing device in their possession. Visitors wishing to retain their mobile phones must agree to have a security seal placed over the lens before entering the site. Those who do not wish to have a security seal fitted will be given the option to return to their vehicle and leave the device within it.

The security seal is tamper proof and will show “VOID” if tampered with in any way. The serial number on the security seal will be logged against the visitors name for tracking purposes. Visitor’s camera phones will be inspected upon request prior to departure to confirm the serial number and to ensure that the security seal is still present and has not been tampered with. Visitors may be asked at any time during their visit to produce the camera phone for inspection to ensure that the seal is still present and not tampered with. Millbrook reserves the right to inspect any photographic images on the camera phone if the seal has been tampered with in any way.
