DVD2013 gets set to deliver Army 2020

May 2013: On 19 and 20 June, DVD2013 will once again bring together industry and Defence in the land equipment sector at Millbrook Proving Ground to develop ideas and generate an increased understanding of the dynamic Defence environment.

The theme and backdrop of this year’s DVD event will focus on the shift towards support for contingent operations and the challenge of enabling the delivery of Army 2020.

 Millbrook Proving Ground Hosts Meet the Engineer Event

April 2013: Millbrook Proving Ground are hosting the third annual ‘Meet the Engineer’ on 23 April on behalf of the joint Government and industry body, the Automotive Council UK. Developing a stronger and more competitive supply chain is one of the Automotive Council’s key priorities.

Following the success of last year’s event, which saw over 30 technology development companies represented and more than 100 requests for follow ups made by vehicle manufacturers and other large companies in the automotive supply chain.
