Real Time Online Vehicle Tracking

Millbrook now offers on-line real-time Vehicle Tracking & Telematics and gathering of trials data.

The tracking system uses GPS and GPRS technology to monitor vehicle location and speed, then feeds this data back to a secure data processing system. The system also plugs into J1939 CANBus to capture data on other vehicle systems and operations.

Data is transferred to a secure processing system that is accessed via the link shown below.  Note that usernames and passwords are required to access data.  Data is processed such that users merely ask the question they need the answer to.  No further data process is generally required.

Typically, data gathered using this type of system is used for: -

• Vehicle activity, location and utilisation reporting,
• Diagnostics and performance data,
• Driver performance reporting.
