Whole Body Vibration
In July 2010, a shake-up in EU legislation will mean that local authorities will have to take steps to protect employees from over exposure to harmful vibrations from vehicles and machines. Termed Whole Body Vibration (WBV) and Hand Arm Vibration (HAV), the new regulations are laid out in The Control of Noise and Control of Vibration Regulations (2005), a new EU-wide directive.

Whole Body and Hand & Arm Vibration testing is conducted to the latest EC (2002/44/EC) and ISO requirements (ISO 2631 and ISO 5349).
