With the mission of 'Testing as Built NOT as Should be Built' the Millbrook Quality & Reliability Group is able to predict customer concerns, identify quality issues with production processes & parts and forecast potential warranty issues.

Applying the same process of operating vehicles as a customer on our accelerated, controlled and repeatable process allows for vehicle benchmarking and whole life assessment. 'Whole life' can be achieved in 7 months while a 3 year warranty period assessment is achievable in just 6 weeks.

Acting on the findings of these tests enables you to improve real world quality and with it brand image while reducing the costs associated with warranty and recalls.
