Our extensive range of specialist road surfaces have been designed to generate controlled repeatable structural inputs. Combining these surfaces with specialist features like potholes and kerb strikes within our correlated schedules enables us to achieve acceleration factors in excess of 50:1 when compared to real world usage. We have a broad range of specific structural surfaces both paved road and un-paved road to suit vehicles from heavy trucks to motorcycles.

System and component rigs are custom-built to provide a bespoke test solution with no compromises in their mode of operation. Complex tests systems are designed and built by our experienced team of engineers and technicians, resulting in accurate replication of in-service conditions and faithful duplication of field issues.

Repeated operation or loading can be applied to systems or structures using pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. The required load cases can be determined from customer requirements, industry standard or legislative tests or from data gathered on the road or proving ground. Static loads up to 350 kN (dynamic up to 100kN) can be applied using hydraulic actuators with control systems available to apply simple sine, triangular, square wave inputs, etc. or complex time history fatigue inputs.
