Our automotive undergraduate placements offer students the opportunity to take responsibility, apply learning and grow as a professional within our dynamic teams.
Millbrook is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We believe in enriching the academic modules taught at university by applying learning directly to our workplace and enhancing students’ understanding and awareness of its application to industry.

Our annual “End of Scheme Showcase” provides our undergraduates with the opportunity to exhibit their achievements to Millbrook’s leadership team.

“I am treated the same as any other Engineer, managing my own projects has given me great confidence and makes me feel a valued member of the team.”
“Millbrook develops not only your technical understanding of a topic, but also your practical skills as you get to test your knowledge in reality.”
“My time at Millbrook has led to me running test programs on my own and being treated as an Engineer. I have worked on process efficiency so I have learned skills such as coding, dealing with large data sets and optimising applications for end users. These skills will help me with my final year of studies.”
