At a glance
Vehicle dealer events at Millbrook can combine flexible hospitality and conference facilities with multiple tracks and outdoor spaces to test vehicle suitability. Millbrook’s tracks are used by an extensive range of automotive manufacturers and suppliers to ensure their vehicles are up to scratch. Where better to conduct test driving events with your dealers or prospective customers?

Millbrook offers event venues suitable for dealer events and prospect events due to their close proximity and access to its world-famous test tracks.
Located in the heart of the proving ground, Millbrook's venues provide immediate access to its Hill Route and High Speed Circuit. Concept 1 and 2 are perfect for larger events. Cubo and Pod, perfect for smaller events, can also be hired on an exclusive basis and branded to suit presentation and workshop event layouts.

Lamborghini Driving Event
Lamborghini chose Millbrook for a performance-focused driving event that included the new Lamborghini Aventador S Coupe and Roadster models.
The event was hosted over four days and attended by more than 100 potential customers. This dealer event was organised on behalf of the Italian brand’s UK dealers.
Attendees experienced the Lamborghini super sports cars on Millbrook’s varied selection of test tracks.
Millbrook’s Mile Straight allowed Lamborghini to show prospective customers the performance potential from its uprated, naturally-aspirated V12 engine in the Aventador S models. The Hill Route, set up to simulate challenging European roads, enabled drivers to explore Lamborghini’s new four-wheel steering system. The High Speed Circuit, featuring two miles of banked track, demonstrated the Aventador’s four-wheel drive stability and grip. Drivers also had use of the 15,000-square meter steering pad in front of Millbrook’s Concept 1 conference venue for handling activities.
MAN Truck & Bus UK Driving Event
Around 120 delegates were present on each day.
Millbrook’s Hill Route – with gradients up to 26% – allowed MAN to demonstrate their products’ braking and stability control systems. The City Circuit emulated city driving, as the delegates tackled road humps and tested parking assist systems. The High Speed Circuit simulated motorway conditions.
This has been one of the largest ride and drive events we have held in recent years. We are delighted to come back to Millbrook to be able to showcase our entire product range in such a superb setting with such great facilities.

Mercedes-Benz Trucks UK RoadEfficiency LIVE Driving Event
The dealer event included a test of the range capability of the vehicles, giving customers the opportunity to drive the vehicles around a set course starting from outside Concept 1, Millbrook’s largest venue. The event saw a demonstration of the new electric truck – the FUSO eCanter.
The team brought FuelChallenger vehicles to the event. These Actros 2545s went out on a 5.5mile / 15 minute route from Concept 1, including Loops 1 and 2 of the Hill Route and one lap of the High Speed Circuit.
Attendees were challenged to maximise their fuel consumption, with a prize for the highest mpg of each day.
Delegates were walked through the company’s CASE strategy and insights into the future, using the venue space to comfortably seat delegates for the presentation.
The driving event was an opportunity for us to communicate the three pillars of Road Efficiency to our dealers and customers - low total costs, greater safety and maximised use. It was important to us that guests got to experience the vehicles for themselves and we had great feedback from all those who attended.
