Connor McCormack to succeed Alex Burns as President of Millbrook
September 11th 2020 Corporate,UK,USA,Finland

Alex Burns, who has led Millbrook’s transformation since 2014, has announced that Connor McCormack will join the company as its new President, effective 21st September. Alex Burns will step down as President to pursue a portfolio career.
Connor has over 20 years of senior management experience, including a decade of strategic development as UK Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Inchcape PLC.
Connor’s extensive knowledge of the automotive market and his operational leadership skills will help us build on the already successful business and to continue to grow Millbrook’s market share globally.
Today, thanks to the commitment of everyone in the company, our customers and our suppliers, Millbrook is stronger and more competitive than ever before. It has been a privilege for me to lead Millbrook for the last 6 years; I am confident that Connor will do a great job of taking the company through its next phase of development.
This change comes as Millbrook celebrates its 50th anniversary, and 5 years after it became an international business, with facilities outside the UK. Millbrook has invested significantly in its test facilities in recent years notably enhancing its testing capability and has continued to operate throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
I am delighted to take over as President of Millbrook at this exciting and challenging time. I am looking forward to meeting my new colleagues & customers and leading the Company into its second half-century.
