COVID-19 Service Update

At Millbrook, we are firmly committed to the safety of everyone involved with our business and to providing the very best service for all our customers.
Over the last 8 months we have continuously improved our operating procedures in response to the coronavirus pandemic, enabling our business to operate successfully for our people & our customers in a COVID secure manner.
The vast majority of our people are attending work at our facilities in the UK, USA and Finland. We have implemented modified working practices, observed social distancing guidelines and embedded strong disciplines on cleaning and hygiene to keep everyone safe. Additionally, some people have been working from home effectively and our IT infrastructure has proved resilient to the various challenges that this has posed.
In summary, through the innovation and creativity of our people, our facilities are both fully operational and fully compliant with the COVID guidelines of the governments in the UK, the USA & Finland.
Following the latest announcement from the UK Government, regarding the ‘lockdown’ in England from Thursday 5th November, I wanted to confirm that our business is not required to close at this time and our Bedford & Leyland facilities will remain fully operational, whilst remaining fully compliant with the latest guidelines.
We will continue to keep people socially distanced on site, we have a clear policy on facemasks and we will use technology to offer remote witnessing of tests if required by customers.
I remain very grateful to all our customers for their understanding as we continuously adapt to this new environment and I am delighted that Millbrook can continue to offer a full range of services through this challenging time.
Going forward, we will remain vigilant and flexible, constantly monitoring the advice from the governments in the UK, the USA and Finland, and adapt our operations accordingly.
