UTAC, a private, independent group and partner of the key players across the automotive and mobility sectors is grouping its activities, entities and subsidiaries under a single brand to accelerate its transformation and pursue its global development.

UTAC has a vast field of expertise across development and validation testing, test system integration, homologation and certification, specialist vehicle conversions, automotive training and events. The group will continue its development by proposing new offers to its customers. 

UTAC supports the major challenges facing the global mobility sector including: technological and societal change, electrification of the vehicle fleet, sustainable mobility, climate change and strict environmental and regulatory constraints.

The UTAC brand was chosen because of its international recognition throughout the world for its expertise, reliability and excellence. The new logo symbolises the rich heritage of all the group's companies.

UTAC provides the full extent of its expertise, skills and resources from the very beginning of customer projects to meet design and development  needs.  This  enables  consideration  of  all  parameters  from  the  outset,  to  provide  a  unique, innovative and effective response to our clients worldwide. This is particularly important at this time of change and transformation in the mobility market.

UTAC's  customer  service  focuses  on  an  individual  approach  to  customer  projects.  UTAC  implements  both turnkey and tailor-made solutions alongside dedicated and adapted support, a project manager, coordinator and interface, to provide optimal services.

UTAC offers services for connected and autonomous applications, including cybersecurity, simulation and 5G connectivity. The group also provides test facilities for electric vehicle batteries and epowertrain. UTAC has exceptional resources and facilities in France, the UK, the USA and Finland and will open a new facility in Morocco this year. It has experts based at all of its test facilities, as well as support teams at its subsidiaries in Germany, China, Russia, Korea and Japan.

At the end of 2021, UTAC will open a brand new proving ground on the African continent, in Morocco near Casablanca. The group's sites in the USA will also benefit from a particularly ambitious investment plan to double  their  testing  capacity.  As  for  external  growth,  the  main  targets  are  emerging  business  sectors identified by the group that are considered essential for the future of the mobility sector.
