Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Testing

Millbrook uses a range of test tracks, instrumentation and soft targets to test Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and vehicle active safety features, including those of self-driving cars.

Millbrook’s ADAS test facilities and proving grounds allow a wide range of controlled and semi-controlled driving scenarios to be set up. Millbrook has the instrumentation, soft targets and facilities required to conduct all EuroNCAP Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) and Forward Collision Warning (FCW) for Car-to-Car (C2C) and Vulnerable Road User (VRU), plus Lane Support System (LSS), and Speed Assistance System (SAS) test protocols. Other regulatory and bespoke customer requirements can be met, with up to three individual synchronised moving ADAS test targets within a single scenario.
